Body Weight Squat

In order to maintain balance, I stretch my arms forward, if it’s more comfortable you can place them behind your head.

*Pay attention to your knees, they shouldn’t pass your toes.
*For the extra glute work, squeeze them together at the top of the movement.

Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps , Glutes and Hamstrings

Lateral Box Shuffle Jumps

Main Muscles Worked: hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes and calves

Pistol Squat

*Stand with arms extended out in front for balance.

Main Muscles Worked: hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, calves and abs

Squat to Sumo Jump

*Knees shouldn’t pass your toes when in the squat position!

Main Muscle Worked: Hamstrings , abductors, adductors, calves, and glutes,

Static Sprints
