While the idea behind sushi is simplicity, it can be unimaginably difficult to not only prepare it correctly, but to have it come out tasting great while still looking amazing as well. Enter Chef Masahiko Saito. An amazing sushi chef, among other kitchen skills, Masahiko Saito is the head chef of Japanese cuisine at the Tokyo Westin, with over 30 years of experience in one of the most competitive markets in the world. For the first time, Chef Masahiko has come to Taiwan, bringing his amazing dining creations to W Taipei’s Kitchen Table for what they are calling “Tokyo Temptations.”

Amazing is probably an understatement, as the dishes on the menu use some of the best quality ingredients available to create food masterpieces worthy of joining the W Taipei lineup. The meals come in lunch and dinner sets including choices from innovative Japanese dishes, nigiri and maki sushi, sashimi, tempura, Japanese salad, shabu beef, steamed radish octopus, braised chicken and vegetables, red bean soup, pudding and more!
