Enter Chef Masahiko Saito. An amazing sushi chef, among other kitchen skills, Masahiko Saito is the head chef of Japanese cuisine at the Tokyo Westin, with over 30 years of experience in one of the most competitive markets in the world. For the first time, Chef Masahiko has come to Taiwan, bringing his amazing dining creations to W Taipei’s Kitchen Table for what they are calling “Tokyo Temptations.”
Amazing is probably an understatement, as the dishes on the menu use some of the best quality ingredients available to create food masterpieces worthy of joining the W Taipei lineup. The meals come in lunch and dinner sets including choices from innovative Japanese dishes, nigiri and maki sushi, sashimi, tempura, Japanese salad, shabu beef, steamed radish octopus, braised chicken and vegetables, red bean soup, pudding and more!
While the Kitchen Table restaurant is usually reserved for Western-style cuisine, no matter what’s on the menu, it always maintains the highest level of quality. Cary M. Gray, GM of W Taipei, stated that ‘The chefs and kitchens been preparing for this event for a long time in order to serve the cuisine of Tokyo Temptations in the proper way, ensuring that guests receive the best service and quality possible.’
The event will run everyday until March 31. The sets are divided into lunch and dinner, as well as weekday and weekends with starting prices at:
