Another awesome weekend has passed and we managed to make it out to challenge mystery rooms again! It’s such an awesome event every time! Thanks to everyone who came out!Unfortunately all of our teams lost again…sigh (seriously those rooms are so freaking hard). But we’re definitely going to go back and win one dammit!

We had 3 groups this time, participating in 3 different mystery rooms:

Imhotep 

Starting off locked up in handcuffs and chained to the floor in an ancient pyramid, this is the one I wanted to do, but didn’t get the chance. Won’t tell you any secrets, but there is one part where you have to recognize 東西北南 East, West, North and South in Chinese to finish the course.

Pirates of the Caribbean

Very cool way to start the game, locked in a pitch black room and given one light. The first room actually isn’t that hard unless you over think it like we did. And there is a sneaky little $^#@ of a trick to the first puzzle which threw us for a loop. However, the third room is tough, like, very tough. Make sure you get there with at least 20 minutes left.

Cold Palace of Misery

Rated at 6 stars (The most difficult), basically don’t choose this one. All of the clues are in Chinese and relate to Chinese history. Hell, even if you are Taiwanese, don’t do this one. So freakin’ hard…

Oh well…despite our losses, everyone had a blast and we can’t wait to get back and actually succeed at something. Next up: Prison? Subway Horror Story?
